Yet when the product hit the market, it didn’t find its customers. Despite spending a lot of time and money on it, the business didn’t take off.
Chris quickly realised that no matter how brilliant your idea is, without customers, you don’t have a business.
When No Pong launched, that’s when everything clicked. We saw customers not only discover us, but also come back again and again. Repeat customers, loyal supporters, and fresh faces kept us going. We knew we had to create real connections and nurture our community.

“Biggest Fan of No Pong over here!
Their customer service is the best I have ever encountered.
I purchased three different scents, and liked two of them, (the spicy chia is my favourite and works the best for me!).
However, one of the tins did not work for me, at all, it was like I wasn’t wearing any deodorant all day and I was not impressed.
I emailed No Pong and let them know what was happening and they listened to me, valued my experience, explained how that recipe obviously wasn’t working with my chemistry, and then they sent me a new tin of one of the scents that did work at NO CHARGE.
