10 Years of Freshness Terms & Conditions

1. Overview:

No Pong is celebrating its 10-year anniversary with a series of 10 separate daily giveaways (the “Promotions”).
Each daily giveaway is a separate, standalone promotion, offering a single prize of $1,000 (AUD).
This following outlines the general terms and conditions applicable to all 10 daily giveaways.

2. Eligibility:

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of No Pong Natural Products Pty Ltd (the “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

To enter any daily giveaway, participants must purchase any No Pong product during the specified Promotion Period for that day and complete the online quiz entry form on the designated promotion page.
Each qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period for a specific day entitles the entrant to one entry for that day’s giveaway.
Multiple entries are permitted for multiple qualifying purchases.
Incomplete entries, entries without a qualifying purchase, or entries that do not adhere to these rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
No Pong reserves the right to disqualify any fraudulent entries or entries that appear to be automated, manipulated, or tampered with.

5. Prize Details:

Each daily giveaway offers one (1) prize of a $1,000 Prepaid Mastercard Gift Card.
Each prize is awarded separately for each day and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other goods, except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Prize delivery will be via secure courier (physical card) or email (digital card) within 14 days of winner verification.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

Winners for each daily giveaway will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on the following day of each Promotion Period.
Winners will be notified via email to the address provided at entry within 48 hours of the draw.
Winners must provide proof of identity and proof of purchase to claim the prize.
If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 5 days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity Rights:

By accepting the prize, each winner agrees to allow No Pong Natural Products Pty Ltd to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability:

No Pong Natural Products Pty Ltd and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures, human error, or fraudulent activities that may affect the Promotion.
No Pong is not liable for any delay, interruption, or cancellation of the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its control (Force Majeure).

9. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of this Promotion shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation and mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute may be submitted to a competent court in New South Wales, Australia.

10. Privacy:

Information collected from entrants is subject to the No Pong Privacy Policy, which can be found at [No Pong Privacy Policy URL]. No Pong will not sell, share, or disclose entrant information without consent, except for prize distribution purposes.

11. Modification and Cancellation:

No Pong Natural Products Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any daily giveaway or the entire Promotion at any time, for any reason, with reasonable notice provided.
