Terms and Conditions: No Pong Magic Tin Promotion

Entrants: Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Exclusions: Employees of No Pong Natural Products Pty Ltd, their immediate families, and any suppliers or agencies associated with this Promotion are excluded. International orders, wholesale orders, and anyone under 18 are also excluded.

Entry Period: Starts at 00:00 AEST on Monday 10 August 2026 and ends at 23:59 AEST on Monday 31 August 2026.

Entry: Any No Pong tin (any size or scent) — including Spearmint Breeze and limited-edition tins — purchased through www.nopong.com.au during the Entry Period is one (1) entry into the Promotion, up to a maximum of 100 entries per person. Only purchases made through www.nopong.com.au are eligible. Wholesale and international orders do not qualify and do not count as entries.

How winners are determined (instant-win game of chance)

This Promotion is an instant-win game of chance run across three (3) separate weekly windows. During each window, one (1) engraved Magic Tin is randomly placed into the Promoter’s order-fulfilment process at its premises (address above). The customer whose qualifying order contains that Magic Tin wins that week’s Grand Prize. Because placement is random, neither the entrant nor the Promoter knows in advance which order will contain a Magic Tin.

The three weekly windows are:

• Window 1: qualifying orders placed 00:00 AEST Mon 10 Aug – 23:59 AEST Sun 16 Aug 2026.
• Window 2: qualifying orders placed 00:00 AEST Mon 17 Aug – 23:59 AEST Sun 23 Aug 2026.
• Window 3: qualifying orders placed 00:00 AEST Mon 24 Aug – 23:59 AEST Mon 31 Aug 2026.

Each window is independent and awards one (1) Grand Prize. A qualifying order is eligible only for the window in which it was placed. There is no limit on the number of windows a single entrant may win.

Winning orders: A winning order will contain an engraved Magic Tin featuring the Magic Tin artwork and a unique five-digit code under the lid.

Verification: To claim a Grand Prize, the winner must contact No Pong via email or social media, providing the five-digit code on their tin and a photo for verification. This code must match the corresponding prize in No Pong’s backend system. Verification of the winning tin and code is required to claim the prize. The winner is the person who placed and paid for the qualifying order containing the Magic Tin.

Eligible Orders & Redraws

A valid entry must be a completed, paid order that is not later cancelled, refunded, charged back, or returned. If an order containing a Magic Tin is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or returned at any time — even after the Magic Tin has been dispatched or received — the entry and any prize claim are void, the prize will not be awarded (and, if already provided, is repayable to the Promoter), and the Promoter will conduct a redraw for that prize from the remaining valid entries in the relevant weekly window.

If a Grand Prize is not claimed and verified by 11:59 PM AEST on 31 October 2026, an unclaimed-prize redraw for that prize will be conducted at the Promoter’s premises on Monday 30 November 2026 at 10:00am AEST, drawn from the valid entries in the relevant weekly window. Redrawn winners are notified and published in the same way as original winners. The winner of any unclaimed-prize redraw will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the redraw.

Any prize that remains unclaimed after the redraw is forfeited. Unclaimed or forfeited prizes are not added back to the prize pool.

Notification and Claim Period

Winners must claim their prize by 11:59 PM AEST on 31 October 2026 by contacting No Pong via email or social media, providing the five-digit code on their tin, which must match the corresponding prize in No Pong’s backend system.

As soon as a Grand Prize is claimed and verified, No Pong will announce it on Facebook, Instagram and the Website so entrants know a Magic Tin has been found.

Each Grand Prize winner’s details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published to https://www.nopong.com.au/magic-tin/ within 14 days of the winner notifying our team.

The Promoter may provide winners’ details to the relevant State regulators where required by the applicable authority or permit conditions. Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at www.nopong.com.au/privacy.

Prizes

Three (3) Grand Prizes are available — one (1) in each weekly window. Each Grand Prize consists of:

• An A$8,000 Flight Centre Gift Card (2 × A$4,000 gift cards — see https://www.flightcentre.com.au/gift-card-terms-and-conditions); and
• An A$2,000 spending gift card.

Total value of each Grand Prize: A$10,000. Total prize pool: A$30,000 (3 × A$10,000). Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms, conditions and expiry.

There are no minor prizes in the 2026 Promotion. (The free 35g tin coupon offered in prior years has been removed for 2026.) The prize may be transferred to another person at the winner’s discretion.

Social Media Conditions

This Promotion may be promoted on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, these platforms. Entrants understand they are providing their information to No Pong Natural Products Pty Ltd and not to these social media platforms.

Required Permits

This Promotion is conducted under the following trade promotion authorities/permits. The relevant number(s) will be displayed on all advertising for the Promotion once issued:

General Terms

1. By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open only to the Entrants, excluding the Exclusions, and only for purchases made through www.nopong.com.au.
3. This Promotion will be conducted during the Entry Period. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries.
4. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry and to disqualify any Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
6. Each Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.
7. If a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
8. The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. If an Entrant’s contact details change, the Entrant must notify the Promoter of the updated contact details.
10. The Promoter is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Entrants’ personal information will be collected to conduct the Promotion and publicise the Winners.
11. Entrants consent to the Promoter’s use of a Winner’s name, likeness, image, picture, voice, statements, testimonials, or quotations for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without any fee being paid.

Risk and Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Winner participates in this Promotion, and uses their Prize, at their own risk.
2. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and the suppliers, agencies, and other companies involved in this Promotion assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or loss or damage to data.
3. If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, the Promoter may cancel, suspend, or change the Promotion, subject to any directions by regulatory authorities.

Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. In the case of a dispute, the courts of New South Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
