PRODUCT INNOVATION MANAGER
Full-Time Role
This is a rare opportunity for a creative, commercially-minded product person to own and drive No Pong’s product pipeline from idea to shelf. If you think like a recipe creator – translating signals from the world around you into new products, line extensions, and brand extensions – and you love seeing your ideas come to life as real things people use every day, this could be your role.
You’ll work alongside our co-founders, logistics team, and marketing team to take ideas all the way through to launch – owning briefs, partnering with formulators and suppliers, getting hands-on in the warehouse when you need to, and bringing new products to life.

NO PONG WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Full-Time Role
This role is for a retail store manager or a restaurant manager ready to bring their floor leadership into a new industry. The instincts that make you brilliant in retail or hospitality – running a busy team, holding the bar, treating every customer interaction like it matters – are exactly the instincts this role needs. Warehouse-specific tools (WMS, freight, dispatch) can be taught. The leadership and customer-love instinct cannot.
The tone of the floor is set by you, every day, in person. You’ll partner closely with our Logistics team and with our Customer Love, Product, and broader operations teams. This is a role for a leader, not a supervisor
