TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Overview No Pong is running the “Our Shout” Week promotion (the “Promotion”). The Promoter is No Pong Natural Products Pty Ltd (ABN: 29 616 222 354), located at 15/3 Macdonald Road, Ingleburn, NSW 2565. At the end of the Promotion Period, ten (10) separate winners will be randomly selected to receive a refund of their purchase price, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open to all legal residents of countries that No Pong currently ships to, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of No Pong, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible.
  • Wholesale Exclusions: This promotion is for retail customers only. Wholesale orders, bulk distribution orders, and commercial accounts are not eligible for entry.
  • Subscription Inclusion: Recurring subscription orders that process successfully during the Promotion Period are eligible and count as an automatic entry.

3. Promotion Period The Promotion runs from 12:00 AM AEDT on 16/03/2026 to 11:59 PM AEDT on 22/03/2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

  • Entry is automatic with any successful retail purchase made on www.nopong.com.au during the Promotion Period.
  • Each unique order number qualifies as one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted.
  • Entries from cancelled or fully refunded orders prior to the draw date will be disqualified.

5. Prizes and Selection

  • The Prize: Ten (10) individual winners will be selected at random to receive a refund of their qualifying order total (including shipping paid).
  • Prize Limit: To ensure compliance with Australian trade promotion regulations and permit-free thresholds, the total prize pool is capped at a maximum of $3,000 AUD. If the combined value of the ten (10) randomly selected orders (converted to AUD at the time of the draw) exceeds this amount, No Pong reserves the right to cap individual refunds at its discretion to remain within legal limits.
  • Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected via an electronic draw at 10:00 AM AEST on Monday, 23/03/2026.
  • Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their qualifying order within 24 hours of the draw.

6. Prize Fulfillment

  • The prize will be issued as a reversal (refund) back to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Afterpay).
  • Currency: Refunds will be processed in the currency used at the time of purchase. No Pong is not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates or bank fees incurred during the refund process.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

7. Publicity & Privacy

  • By participating, entrants agree to the use of their first name, location (City/Country), and order value for promotional purposes on No Pong’s social media and marketing channels.
  • Personal information is handled in accordance with No Pong’s Privacy Policy.

8. General Terms

By making a purchase during the Promotion Period, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering, fraud, or violating these terms.
