7am AEST on Thursday May 21st! We’re releasing a tins and soaps every hour on the hour for 11 hours.

If it says “Sold Out,” don’t panic, just wait for the next top-of-the-hour drop!

If you miss one, just set your alarm for the next until you get your hands on the limited edition range.

We’re launching two Limited Edition legends that have never existed until now:

1. The 11th Birthday Tin: The same birthday scent you know and love from last year, but a brand-new Bicarb Free formula we’re piloting as well with the soap, to see if you love it!
2. The Birthday Bar: You’ve been asking for years to extend the range beyond deodorant… we finally did it and want your thoughts. Our first-ever cold process soap! Keep in mind this is also a ‘pilot product’, so we’d love your feedback when you try it. Our Freshness Club Members have been testing these over the past month and their feedback has been off the chart…. we can practically hear their screams of joy as they read this!!

Cold process is a slow, traditional way of making soap by hand — no shortcuts, no harsh stripping. The result is a natural bar that keeps all the moisturising glycerin in (not stripping your skin), so your skin feels nourished instead of dried out.

Expect a creamy, bubbly lather and a soft, supple feel after every wash. It’s a real treat for your skin — and a beautiful match for your 11th Birthday Tin.

One care tip: keep your soap dry between uses. Let it sit in water and it’ll disappear faster than you’d like — pop it on a soap dish or rack so it can air-dry properly.

Great question! We’ve loved our original Bicarb Free formula since day one, and we’ve been quietly tinkering behind the scenes to push it even further. Feels firmer in the tin, but silkier on skin. We’ve added shea butter and vitamin E, giving it a solid texture that melts into a smooth, creamy application. The efficacy is more in line with our original (Bicarb based) formula.

The upgrades we’ve added:

• Shea butter and vitamin E
• Arrowroot powder
• Australian non-GMO cornstarch

It’s a pilot, so we’re still refining and testing, and your feedback will shape what comes next.

• The Limit: You can order a max of 6 birthday items each per order. Eg, You can order a max of 6 soaps and a max of 6 birthday tins but you can’t order 12 Soaps at once.

This will ensure everyone can get their hands on them, because we know The Freshness Club members would buy up the whole lot if we let them. We want to make sure as many No Pong customers as possible get to celebrate our birthday and experience our first-ever soap!

This is where it gets real FUN! To keep things fair to all customers around Australia, we are releasing product in 11 exclusive drops. (because it’s our 11th birthday and who doesn’t love a theme)

• The Schedule: Every hour, on the hour, for 11 hours, we will release a certain amount of tins and soaps.
• Kickoff: 7am AEST.

• Pro Tip: If a drop sells out, don’t panic! Just come back at the start of the next hour for a fresh chance.
