Yes, No Pong is still operating as per usual. We understand these are unprecedented times, however, we do not anticipate any shortages or slowdowns and expect production and shipping to continue as per normal for the foreseeable future.

We can assure you that all manufacturing continues to be conducted in a sterile environment. Additional measures in manufacturing and logistics have been enacted, including physical distancing between staff members, minimal handling of products at all points, increased sanitation, hygiene and infection control practices.

While we continue to ship all orders in a timely manner, Australia Post has announced delays due to higher volumes and an increase in processing times as a result. You can find out the important details here.
Normally, Australia Post estimates that regular delivery within Australia takes anywhere from 2 – 6 business days, and most of the time they do hit those timelines but they are estimates, not guarantees. For more information, please check out our shipping policy here.
There have been some changes that have been applied by Aus Post subject to review, and include:
- extending the maximum required delivery time for regular intrastate letters to up to five business days after the day of posting
- adjusting the minimum delivery frequency schedule (for metropolitan areas only) from every business day to every second business day, but with no change to delivery frequency in rural or remote areas. Read more.
