How do I enter the giveaway?

Simply make a purchase on our website during October and use the code POOLPARTY at checkout. You’ll automatically be entered into the draw!

When will the winner be drawn?

The winner will be selected on 1st November and will be contacted via email or phone.

What is included in the prize?

The winner and A lucky friend will receive:

✈️ Fly down to Sydney on Saturday morning 23rd November

🌊 Enjoy private wave pool sessions at URBNSURF from 12pm – 5pm with surfing legends + gear hire if necessary

🍉 Food and Drink Included

🏨 Stay in Sydney for the night

✈️Fly back home on Sunday 24th November and reflect on your epic weekend

When does the party take place?

The trip is scheduled for 23rd-24th November. Saturday – Sunday. The party will be held on the 23rd.

Do I need to be an experienced surfer to participate?

No experience is required! The Pool Party is designed for surfers of all skill levels to have fun. We have booked 2x Intermediate sessions, 1x Advanced Turns session and 1x Expert session. We will cater lessons and beginner sessions if that is the skill level of the winner and/or guest.

Who will be at the Wave Pool Party?

You’ll be joined by Pauline Menczer, the 1993 World Surfing Champion, along with No Pong co-founders Chris and Melanie and other local surfing legends.

Can I enter the giveaway more than once?

Yes! Every purchase you make in October using the code POOLPARTY counts as an entry, so feel free to enter as many times as you like.

Can I transfer the prize to someone else?

Yes, you can! If you win but can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer the prize to a friend or family member. Just let us know and we’ll sort out the details.

Terms & Conditions: No Pong Surf Giveaway

  1. Promotion Period:
    The giveaway runs from 1st October to 31st October. All purchases made within this period using the code POOLPARTY at checkout will qualify for entry.
  2. Eligibility:
    The giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. Employees of No Pong and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  3. Entry:
    To enter, make a purchase on the No Pong website during the promotion period and use the code POOLPARTY at checkout. Each purchase using the code counts as one entry. Multiple entries are allowed.
  4. Prize:
    One winner and their chosen guest will receive:
    Access to the No Pool Party at URBNSURF Sydney, this includes:
    – Food and Drink
    – Their choice to surf as many or as few sessions that have been booked (2x Intermediate, 1x Advanced Turns, 1x Expert) **No Pong will provide beginner lessons if that is the level of the winner/guest
    Return flights to Sydney
    1-night accommodation
    The prize must be taken on the dates specified: 23rd-24th November. No alternative dates are available.
    The prize value will not exceed $3000. No Permits are required to run this promotion
  5. Winner Selection & Notification:
    The winner will be drawn at random on 1st November and notified via the email provided during their purchase. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, a new winner may be selected.
  6. Liability Waiver:
    Winners will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to accepting the prize. URBNSURF will provide its own waiver; as will No Pong Natural Products Pty Ltd.
  7. Prize Transfer:
    The prize is transferable to another person if the winner is unable to attend. No Pong must be notified in writing, and all arrangements must be finalized before the trip.
  8. No Cash Alternative:
    The prize is non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
  9. Photography and Media Release:
    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow No Pong to take photographs and videos during the event. These may be used for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials.
  10. Use of Personal Information:
    By entering the giveaway, participants consent to No Pong using their information for the purposes of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner. Personal data will not be shared with third parties.
  11. Modifications and Cancellations:
    No Pong reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its control.
